After accomodation in apartments Makarska take place, the Guest must give their identification documents (IDcards or passport, as a voucher) and pay the rest sum of the whole amount price of stay in appartaments. ID documents would be returned within 24 hours.

During the Guest’s stay, the Owner provides all necessary information and assistance.

The bed linen is changed every 7 days. The Owner is obliged to provide bathroom towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, toiletries and hygiene supplies, dish and cleaning detergents.

The Owner is not obliged to issue lounges, umbrellas and towels for the beach.

The Owner is not entitled to enter the apartment in the absence of the guests. Except the cases of prevention danger or damage. Every visit to the apartment would be conformed with the Guest. In the case of the Owners’ justified doubts of occuring damages, the Guest is obliged to let the Owner come in and check the apartment.

Making weapons, inflammables and explosive facilities is highly prohibited! As long as any materials that make intensive and/or unpleasant odors, cooking and/or heating appliances or other electrical equipment.

Before everyday leaving the apartments in Makarska, the Guest must close the tendas on the terrace, turn off the lights, shut off gas and water. Its not allowed to leave air-conditioner working and/or use it with opened doors and/or windows. Its not allowed to throw waste into toilet and/or other places out of purposem as well as to the courtyard and the surrounding area.

The Guest, who intentionally or unintentionally, cause a damage must fully compensate it to the Owner.

If the Guest arrives after 8pm on the day of arrival he should notify the Owner of the apartment or the Agency in order to avoid the situation of assigning the other guests to the apartment due to the lack of arrival time information.

On the departure day the Guest must leave the apartment until 10am so the room could be prepared for the next 12am arrival.

The apartment the Guest booked in must be delivered by the Owner in the same form and appearance as granted.

The Guest should pay respect to the hours of night( from 10pm till 8am) and day ( from 2pm till 5pm ) rest.
